Do Sunday Worshippers Go to Hell? - Mark of the Beast

As more and more people and different Churches continue to discover the truth about the Lord's Sabbath, the question eventually arises as to if Sunday worshippers go to hell. But the answer depends on other factors. To begin with, we can and should worship God everyday of the week, however, you cannot keep the Sabbath everyday and God has set aside only one day for holy use. See is every day the Sabbath for more. So the answer is definitely not a clear cut yes as a few Sabbath keepers claim.

When it comes to Christians who do not know the Sabbath is eternal like all Ten Commandments, and that the Seventh day falls on the day we call Saturday, scripture says God winks at such ignorance. But not when people desire to remain ignorant because they do not want to know the truth and refuse to ackowledge the light they have been given. 666 pagan solar sealThere is a difference of course. Acts 17:30 “And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men everywhere to repent:” Those who truly love God will have a natural love of the truth and those who do not want the truth cannot truly love God. Those who preached scripture in the dark ages had a life expectancy of about 2-3 years before the Papacy found them, tortured and murdered them. Revelation bible prophecy chapter 6 speaks symbolically of their blood crying out from the grave saying how much longer Lord? We can see that these people truly loved the Lord and that the passage given below implies that they are hence saved but did not keep the Seventh day Sabbath because the truth on the change of the Sabbath day had nearly been murdered out of existence. Revelation 6:9-10 “And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, do you not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?” The same type of symbolism is found in Genesis 4:9-10 “And the LORD said unto Cain, Where is Abel your brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother's keeper? And he said, What have you done? The voice of your brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground.”

So would these martyrs have kept the Seventh day Sabbath if they knew? They willingly gave their lives for the truth, so such people would have undoubtedly desired to obey God with all their heart and would have kept His day Holy! God knows our hearts and judges us by how much light we were given. For example. Luke 12:48 “But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.” So God will wink at the ignorance of those who did not keep His Sabbath holy because they did not know but would have kept it holy if they did know.

God knows that there are many genuine Bible believing Christians keeping Sunday as the Sabbath (if they are keeping any day at all) but in ignorance. And God knows the hearts of those that would desire with all their heart to keep His day holy and on the correct day if they did know. God will not condemn and send to hell fire such genuine Christians just because they were ignorant. The real issue is their genuine love for God and their natural desire for loving obedience as a result. (1 John 5:3)

It will be all those so called Christians making all the excuses because they do not want to know the truth or those who keep the Seventh day holy just because they think they have to but do not really desire to do so in their hearts. If we truly love God then it will be our hearts desire to keep all His Commandments. Such people are those who truly do love God with all their heart, might and soul. Jesus said in John 14:15 that if we love Him, keep His Commandments. This is the reason we should keep all His Commandments and hence keep His Sabbath day holy. If we do not desire to do so then it will be that lack of love that will shut such people out of the kingdom.

So when some say that those worshipping on Sunday are hell bound, they are not looking at the whole picture at all or God's mercy and faithfulness. There are many who believe that God will burn the wicked and wilfully disobedient in hell forever, and while there are some scriptures that could lead one to that conclusion, there is more to the story that reveals our merciful God will do no such thing. Those who have been deceived by the enemy and are looking for how many reasons they can find to avoid this special day, usually attack a Church known as the Seventh day Adventist Church, but there are over 550 different Sabbath keeping Churches now and growing as more and more Churches find out the real truth. Many web sites also attack that particular Church in an attempt to discredit the truth but are ignorant of the fact that many other Churches now know and teach the truth also. One of the most prominent and deceptive sites attacking the Sabbath say the Seventh day Adventist Church claim they are the 144,000 and only they are saved. A little research reveals that this is not true and that they teach no such thing. This of course also reveals they are deceived and teaching lies in an attempt to discredit the truth as do many. It is people such as these that do not have a love of the truth, and it is that lack of love that will shut them out of the kingdom which is very sad. Can we keep the Sabbath on Saturday and still worship in a Church on Sunday?
This is a question I get asked quite often. While we can and should worship God everyday of the week, there is more to attending a Sunday worship service that many are not aware of. Revelation 18:1-4 speaks of not literal Babylon but spiritual Babylon being the Papal Church. The Catholic Church is so called because it has taken on many of the pagan practices of literal Babylon that has even influenced the entire world much to the disgust of God. Easter and Christmas and Sunday worship all came from literal Babylon but there is more to the story. For example.

It was on December 25th that pagans noticed the gradual return of their sun god. So they called this day the birth of the sun. Tammuz was hailed as the son of the sun and human sacrifices were offered on this initial letter made of wood, known as the cross “T.” This “T” for Tammuz is also the true origin of Catholics crossing themselves though they strongly dispute this of course. The true date of the birth of Christ is most likely between July and September but since the exact date of Christ's birthday was unknown, it was suggested, “Why not call it the same date as the birth of Tammuz, which was December 25?” This was the time when the sun had reached its lowest point on the horizon and started back up into the heavens and so the sun god had come to life, so to speak. So gradually December 25 came to be known as the birthday of Christ. The Papal Church finally instituted a special mass on that day, “Christ's Mass,” and so December 25 became “Christmas.”

Semiramis was called the queen of heaven and was the first deified queen of Babylon and Nimrod was the first deified king. The cakes to the queen of heaven were round and on them was cut a cross in honor of the sun god, and they were offered to the queen of heaven. Today we call them “hot cross buns.” (Read Jeremiah 7:16-18). The forty days of “weeping for Tammuz” became Lent and at the close of Lent came Easter Sunday. Ezekiel was shown greater abominations. (Read Ezekiel 8:12-18). This goddess Ishtar (Easter) came to be known as the goddess of springtime as in “new life,” or as history records it, the “goddess of reproduction.” The pagans would go to some mountain side early Sunday morning and worship this goddess as the sun was rising in the east. The eggs and rabbits were used as symbols of fertility and germination and hence “new life.” It all came into the Church gradually and was all blessed by the Catholic Church and given to the world. No wonder God calls the Catholic Church Babylon! See mystery Babylon for more. Many Catholics deny these truths also but their Church boldly admits it.

“The use of temples, and these dedicated to particular saints, and ornamented on occasions with branches of trees; incense, lamps, and candles; votive offerings on recovery from illness; holy water; asylums; holydays and seasons, use of calendars, processions, blessings on the fields; sacerdotal vestments, the tonsure, the ring in marriage, turning to the East, images at a later date, perhaps the ecclesiastical chant, and the Kyrie Eleison are all of pagan origin, and sanctified by their adoption into the Church.” — An Essay on The Development of the Christian Doctrine John Henry “Cardinal Newman” p.373.

“It has often been charged… that Catholicism is overlaid with many pagan incrustations. Catholicism is ready to accept that accusation and even to make it her boast… the great god Pan is not really dead, he is baptized” — The Story of Catholicism p 37. So when Revelation 18:4 says to “come out of her [Babylon], my people, that you be not partakers of her sins,” God is referring to the Papal Church and all the Churches who came from her that have ignorantly continued in some of the pagan traditions such as Sunday worship that came from worship of the sun. This has resulted in many Christians breaking the fourth Commandment of God but many in ignorance. Would those who are ignorant keep this day holy if they did know? Only God knows their hearts. The many Churches that came from the Papal Church are called the daughter Churches and why Revelation 17:5 says, “And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.”

So it is fine to hold Church prayer meetings etc on Sunday, but God does not want us worshipping in a Church that he calls Babylon or a daughter of Babylon due to pagan traditions like keeping a day as the Sabbath that came from sun worship that also breaks the largest Commandment from God.

Is Sunday Worship the Mark of the Beast?
Saying Sunday worship is the mark of the beast is not quite correct. Some denominations like the Seventh day Adventist Church say that the mark of the beast is Sunday worship, and while this is not technically incorrect, it does not explain the real issue as we can worship God any day of the week. The real issue is about giving our allegiance to God, and even to the point of death as illustrated in Daniel chapter 3 where we find that Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were prepared to die rather than disobey a Commandment of God. Acts 5:29 says, “…We ought to obey God rather than men.” The real issue is about worshipping on a day commanded by man in place of worshipping on the day Commanded by God. Hence it is about keeping manmade traditions in place of God's Commandments. Jesus said that those who keep manmade traditions in place of the Commandments are hypocrites. Mark 7:6-9. So the mark of the beast or the mark of the Catholic Church is about obeying God rather than man and especially when Satan was the instigator. 666 number of the beast solar seal

It is about giving our allegiance to our heavenly Father and obeying only Him when it comes to His Commandments. God has been deprived of worship on His Holy day for hundreds of years by many Christians and this has bothered Him greatly. So this issue is going to reach a climax in the last days where God is going to make this issue very clear and we are going to have to make the choice of obeying God or obeying man. The Catholic Church say that their mark was the ability to change the fourth Commandment of God and have the whole protestant world follow her. Hence the mark of the beast, or should I say the mark of the Catholic Church does relate to some perishing in hell fire in that respect. The number 666 came from literal Babylon and their number system which is called sexagesimal (base-60) from which comes 60 minutes in an hour, 60 seconds in a minute, 360 (60×6) degrees in a circle etc. Note the solar seal image with the number 666 on it that comes from literal Babylon. It is from this number system and this solar seal that the number 666 came from, which was directly linked with the Sunday worship practices of ancient Babylon from around the time of Daniel. And it is from this that Sunday worship finds its absolute origins and hence the link to the number 666 which is not the mark of the beast as so many ignorantly claim, including those attacking the truth. This is so easily seen for those who actually take time to study the Bible. The following verse alone is clear that there are three levels of symbolism in this respect and that the number of the beast being 666 is not the mark of the beast and is separate. Read it carefully.

Revelation 13:17 “And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the Mark, OR the Name of the beast, OR the Number of his name [666].” Parenthesis added.

Here are just a few very relevant points that reveal the fourth Commandment does relate to the mark of the beast. (mark of the Catholic Church) See who is the anti-christ. All these following people knew that the Papal Church is the little horn of Daniel 7, which is synonymous with the antichrist beast power of Revelation 13, and many of them died by the hand of the Roman Catholic Church. “John Wycliffe, William Tyndale (translated the Bible - Tyndale Bible), Martin Luther, John Calvin, Thomas Cranmer; in the seventeenth century, Bunyan, the translators of the King James Bible and the men who published the Westminster and Baptist confessions of Faith; Sir Isaac Newton, John Wesley, Whitfield, Jonathan Edwards; and more recently Spurgeon, Bishop J.C. Ryle and Dr. Martin Lloyd-Jones; these men among countless others, all saw the office of the Papacy as the antichrist.” — All Roads Lead to Rome, by Michael de Semlyen. Dorchestor House Publications, p. 205. 1991.

In summary, Scripture says the Catholic Church would change the law of God and those who do not get the mark of the beast are the ones keeping the law of God. The Ten Commandments are a sign upon our hand and forehead being the same location as where the mark of the beast (Catholic Church) goes.Mark of the Catholic Church And the Catholic Church declare their mark to be able to change the law of God and have the entire Protestant world follow her as it does. It is not hard to see if you are not caught up in all the assumed science fiction ideas from many today that have no idea what Scripture says.

Some are also asking can you have the mark of the beast (Catholic Church) now. The answer is a definite no as it has not been enforced yet. Until the corresponding laws are enforced, and God has made this issue clear, then you cannot have this symbolic mark. You can however have God's mark or should I say His seal in your forehead. The mark is Satan's counterfeit to God's seal being His mark which of course is also symbolic. Revelation 13:16; Revelation 14:9 are just as symbolic as Deuteronomy 6:5-8; 11:18.

The Bible says the world is deceived on the mark of the beast and yet the whole world thinks the mark of the beast is a computer chip. So how could the world be deceived if this was the case? Since the world is deceived (not literally the entire world of course) then it is going to be something that a lot of the world is ignorant on or trying very hard to avoid. Is this the case with the Seventh day Sabbath? Most definitely. You do not get the full wrath of God for something that could be forced upon you. It will be and has to be a free will decision such as keeping His Sabbath day holy. Behind our foreheads is our mind where we make our free will decisions and our hands symbolically represent our actions. This is the symbolism that is behind the locations of the mark that so many fail to understand. (Revelation 13:16; Revelation 14:9) It is the same reason that God's law is symbolically written on our forehead and hands. Our free will decision to obey His law and our actions in regards to keeping it. (Deuteronomy 6:5-8; 11:18) Scripture shows over and over again that absolutely everything in regards to the mark of the beast relates to the law of God with many rock solid examples that cannot be avoided.

But it does not end with the Sabbath and Sunday worship. Two false doctrines came from sun and Satan worship in Babylon. Note the following quotes from the Papal Church.

“Our opponents sometimes claim that no belief should be held dogmatically which is not explicitly stated in scripture ... But the Protestant Churches have themselves accepted such dogmas, AS THE TRINITY, for which there is NO SUCH PRECISE AUTHORITY IN THE GOSPELS,” — (Assumption of Mary, Life magazine, October 30, 1950, p. 51)

This question was asked in the Catholic Catechism.

“Q. WHAT IS SUNDAY, or the Lord's Day in general?
 A. It is a day dedicated by the Apostles to the HONOUR OF THE MOST HOLY TRINITY, and in memory that Christ our Lord arose from the dead upon Sunday, sent down the holy Ghost on a Sunday, &c. and therefore is called the Lord's Day. It is also called Sunday from the old Roman denomination of DIES SOLIS, THE DAY OF THE SUN, to which it was sacred.” — (The Douay Catechism of 1649, p. 143)

Now, considering the facts just given above, can you worship any God on the true Sabbath and not get the mark of the beast? For instance, could you worship Buddha on the true Sabbath and not get the mark? The answer is an obvious no! It is the true Sabbath but the wrong god to state the obvious! The Trinity is a pagan Catholic doctrine inspired by Satan to steal your soul. The Trinity teaches a 3 in 1 god where Jesus cannot be a real Son and God cannot be a real Father, and the Holy Spirit is some third god rather than the Spirit OF God. The real truth is that Jesus Christ is the begotten Son of the one true God the Father. And being the Son, Jesus possesses the same characteristics as His Father. Hebrews chapter 1:1-9 says that Jesus is an heir who has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than the angels and that name is God! So Jesus inherited His Father's name, character and divine nature in the same way a human son inherits the human nature and name of his parents. Hence Jesus is God because He is the Son of God. But He is not “a” god or “the” God. He is the “Son of God” just as Scripture tells us over and over again. And the Holy Spirit is the presence and power of God manifested through His Son Jesus Christ. Their Spirit can function independently like a third person (but is not a literal third person) and is how “They” represent “Themselves” where they are not personally present.

Both the Trinity and Sunday worship came out of the Protestant reformation, and all these new Churches continued in these false doctrines introduced by the Papal Church and never checked to see if any of these things were true. That is why so many denominations have different beliefs. The worst thing you can do is assume the majority is correct. That fact is, the majority through history have almost always been wrong and you will find the same in Scripture. See is the trinity biblical for the shocking truth that most just assume is correct. You will find that the Trinity did not even exist until 200 years AFTER the Bible was written and that the authors of Scripture have never taught or believed it. Not back then and still not today. And 1 John 5:7 is the most famous corruption in the KJV Bible, and so much so that they even gave it a name. This is a huge deception and there is a lot to learn. Please do make the mistake of assuming based on all the faulty arguments that sound good on the surface. Study and see!
